Singing my ABCs

March19

I’m real good at singing my ABCs now. This is a video my dad took a couple weeks ago. I’m even better now.

I Can Count!

February24

Here’s another video – I start off singing “Twinkle Twinkle”, and looking through my book of nursery rhymes. Then I turn the page and start counting the hearts on the king and queen of hearts. Last, I do the sign language for a swing when it comes on my TV.

Sign Language

February19

This is a video of me watching my Baby Einstein video and doing the sign language for bowl, chair and table. I didn’t do the sign for cup right in this video, but I know how.

Christmas on the Sled

February16

Here’s another video from when I was in Connecticut over Christmas. This is my Pepere pulling me on a sled. It’s fun, and I keep yelling “Weeee!”

My New Favorite Song

February12

Remember how my favorite song used to be Old MacDonald? Now it’s the ABC song.

The Park!

February1

Today when my mom and dad said we were going to the park, I knew right away it was gonna be fun. “Park? E park?” I picked up everything I could carry and got ready to go.

We went to the store first and got some stuff. Mommy bought some mittens for me, which you can see in this picture. They have cats on them. I like my new mittens.

Then we went to the park. I climbed all around on the staircases and then went on the swing for a long long time. I don’t like the slide as much as I used to, but the swing is always a lot of fun. Weeeee!

Daddy put all the pictures from today up on the internet. You can see them all here.

Still Sick

January28

I feel really crappy.

I’m still sick. I threw up again tonight. I don’t like throwing up. My mommy rubbed my back and told it it was gonna be okay and then my daddy read me my favorite book about where’s the cat? but I still feel really sick.

Mom and dad say they’re worried about me getting e-hydrated cause I don’t want juice but I just feel so crappy.

I felt better today during the day and I even danced to one of my videos, but tonight I started feeling worse. I sat and watched my Blue’s Clues video that we got from the library and then I threw up.

I don’t like to throw up.

I’m going to sleep now. I hope I feel better soon.

Back in Colorado

January5

I’m back home in Colorado. We got here after midnight last night. I stayed awake the whole way until the plane was landing in Denver, then I fell asleep.

It was fun at the airport in Newark cause I met this other girl named Mia who was 2 or 3 months older than me, and she knew the whole alphabet! I can sing A-B-C-D-E-B-C but after that I just make up letters. I’ve got the tune down pretty well. One time I sang A-B-C-D-E-I-O and my dad laughed a lot. But anyway, Mia sang the whole alphabet, and everyone in the whole airport waiting area was watching. I was completely enthralled that she knew my new favorite song and that she knew all the letters. When she was done, I cheered really loud for her – YAAAAYYY! – and everybody in the whole airport laughed I think.

I’ve got a whole lot of new words. Mom says I’ve got like four or five times as many as when I left Colorado at least. I say new words every day now. I can even say some two syllable words like cookie, eyebrow, and choo choo.

We’ve got lots of pictures, but my dad says he hasn’t had time to up load them yet so I’ll put them here later. Okay. Bye bye!

Traveling

December15

I’m not at home.

My mom and me went in an airplane and flew to the magical land of Pen Sylvania. I had fun there running around and chasing my auntie Jackie and auntie Anna and trying to throw snowballs at them. But they run real fast so it was hard to get them. But it was still fun.

Then we got in the car and drove and drove forever and ever until we were in Kentucky. That part wasn’t as fun but I got to talk to my cousin Emily while we were in the car and we watched my E-I-O movie. Mommy and auntie Regina said it drove them crazy but they were singing along so I don’t think they were driving too crazy.

So we’re in Kentucky now at my Omi and Nanu’s house. I like seeing them but I miss my daddy sometimes.

Here’s a picture that my auntie Jackie took of me while I was running around and throwing snowballs.

VIDEO: Turning on my TV

December10

This is a video of me running into my room and turning on my TV to watch my baby Einstein video. Any time I watch TV, I refer to it as “my show?”. And yes, the question mark is always there.
