I’m six months old now. That means mom and dad are going to give me something called solid food soon. I’m not sure what that is, but it sounds like a big deal.
My Omi and Nanu are leaving this weekend too and that makes me sad. Omi (my mom’s mom) has been with me ever since I was one week old, so I don’t know how to do stuff without her. I just hope she comes back soon.
Guess what I learned how to do this week? I can sit up now for real, and without pillows around me to hold me up! After five or ten minutes I fall over, but I’m doing really good at catching myself before I fall most of the time.
I still don’t like lying on my belly, but I’ve gotten a lot better at rolling myself over from my belly to my back when I need to, so that’s a good thing.
